TICS Assisted Onboarding Agreement
How this works: TICS LLC sets up your TICS workspace with you: your company, locations, items, suppliers, users and training. The details are filled in below and both sides sign. Your ongoing use of TICS is covered by the TICS Subscription Agreement (version 2026-09-19), which is part of this agreement.

1. What TICS LLC will do
- Discovery: learn how your business buys, stores and receives stock, and who approves what.
- Setup: create your workspace with the right industry setup, locations, approval rules, users and roles.
- Data import: load the starting items, stock levels and suppliers you provide (for example as spreadsheets or CSV files).
- Training: a walk-through for your Company Admin and key users, plus TICS's built-in guided tour.
- Go-live support: answer setup questions and fix setup problems for 30 days after go-live.
Anything beyond this (custom development, integrations with other systems, ongoing data entry) is out of scope unless it's written in the order details above.
2. What you will do
- Name a contact who can make decisions, and make the right people available for discovery and training.
- Provide accurate starting data in a usable format. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. We'll point out obvious problems we notice, but we can't verify your stock counts or supplier details.
- Review the finished setup and confirm it, or list what's wrong, within 10 business days of our telling you it's ready. If we don't hear back by then, the setup counts as accepted. We'll fix listed problems that are within scope.
3. Access to your workspace during onboarding
You authorise TICS LLC personnel to access your workspace and the data you provide, only to carry out the onboarding described here. That access follows the security and confidentiality terms of the Subscription Agreement and is recorded in your audit trail. When onboarding ends, TICS LLC's working access is removed unless you ask for ongoing help in writing. Don't send passwords for your other systems by email. If we need access to another system, we'll arrange it with you in a safer way.
4. Timing
Target dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. They depend on getting your information and decisions on time. Neither side is at fault for delays the other side caused.
5. Fees
Any onboarding fee above is due when you sign, unless the order details say otherwise, and it isn't refundable once onboarding work has started. Subscription fees, renewals, cancellation and refunds follow the Subscription Agreement. The 30-day full refund on a new yearly plan applies to the subscription fee, not to onboarding work already done.
6. Everything else
The Subscription Agreement applies in full, including data ownership and export, security, the limits on liability, and Arizona law with courts in Maricopa County. If this Onboarding Agreement and the Subscription Agreement conflict, this document wins, but only on onboarding.
